After the international success of the super single “Salty”, Ruth Koleva gathered the same team to create “Wassup”.
The new song comes out in the focus of the gray autumn, two years after living in the Covid pandemic and after a stormy summer for Ruth. “It’s time to look beyond what happened to us”,”she said, giving a fresh look at change. The song is a note to the life of the new beginning, to the fresh start. The video is different from what we are used to seeing and provokes with colors, emotion, carefree dynamics and bold movements in the style of Wes Anderson.
“Wassup” meets Georgi Linev- Kan Wakan and Iliana Nedyalkova (part of the ZAYN music team) again. The two, together with Ruth Koleva, created a single with a request for international success and ranked “Wassup” next to “Candy Coated”, “On My Way”, “All The Guys”. All of them, plus a few more surprises in rhythm, will be included in Ruth’s upcoming album, scheduled for release on February 2, 2022.

The song is included in a number of international playlists on popular digital platforms. The original video and the video for the remix of Fabrizio Parisi & The Editor are broadcast on a regular rotation by MTV US and Club MTV, as the remix reached # 5 in the Dance chart of MTV Russia. The most popular digital platform TikTok awarded Ruth and her single “Salty” with an official campaign in 7 countries!
