Smiley revives an old song

“Adeline” in Smiley’s version was sung for the first time live during the Pepsi Retro Studio program, broadcast on the Pepsi Romania YouTube channel, but also on the frequencies of the Virgin Radio Romania radio station.

The new old song released by Smiley is a re-adaptation of the hit of the 90’s released by Timpuri Noi. After the Revolution, the band Timpuri Noi returned to the forefront of the Romanian rock scene with a sound that brought a lot with western rock.

They always had the support of the public, but especially in the second half of the 1990s. In 1998, Timpuri Noi released the album “Basca Abundentei”, and the most famous song on this album remains “Adeline”. The song remained in the memory of many generations and now Smiley gives it a new life.
