The talented Romanian artist Roxen, who was choosen to represent her country in the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 before it was cancelled due to the pandemic, collaborates with the Eurovision winner Alexander Rybak for the song “Wonderland”.

The song was written by James Daniel Lewis, Chelcee Maria Grimes and Alexander Rybak. Alexander Rybak isn’t the only Eurovision star connected with the song as it is co-produced by James Richard Newman who was due to represent the UK at Eurovision 2020. Madalin Rosioru is co-producer.

 “Wonderland” is an up tempo dance song with a catchy chorus, and Rybak with his unique violin play lifts the song pretty much and gives it an extra dreamy feeling. The music video represents a reinterpretation of the story “Alice in Wonderland”.” wrote ESCNorge.no

In the video Roxen lives in fantasy reality created by herself. Just like Alice in Wonderland she passes through different adventures surrounded by white bunnies that fall from the purple sky or shiny disco balls.

It all starts with the story of Roxen and the feelings they experience during this period, but continues with a lot of dynamism and fire that is presented in all, full of brilliance and thoughts detached from reality.
