After a successful “Spet Zaljubljena” song, Alya is in love again, and she is ready with a new single “Ti Z Mano Znas”. She wanted a song that would remind us of the simplest but at the same time – the most important things in life – to wake up in the morning and be grateful for all the people, the beautiful opportunities and events in our lives.
“The song is gentle and romantic, it speaks mainly of gratitude and devotion in relation to the partner … How nice it is to have someone with you who really knows you, reads your thoughts, feelings and trusts you, someone who calms you down with just the his presence or his touch… and you immediately know that everything will be fine, his embrace is your shelter.“, Alya said.
The song was created in collaboration with the team with which Alya has been working in recent years, and the creative process was the fastest so far, the song was created very quickly on the route Dalmatia – Slovenia, with Raay signing under the music and Marjetka Vovk, who wrote the lyrics. They were in contact when Alya was in the heart of Dalmatia. A nice anecdote was created around the song itself:
“My big wish was to prepare an honest song with a strong message and it didn’t take 20 minutes when Raay called me back and said: You have it! But I said: What? He said: The song is ready! I was surprised and all I managed to say was “Amazing stuff”! When I listened toit, of course, I got dewy eyes, because it was like in my head . I say that, these are songs from the heart!”, Alya added.
The video was filmed on the Slovenian Coast, in Fiesiain a beautiful location, exactly the first day after the release of measures when the regions were liberated, so there was big audience from the whole country. In the story told by the video, the popular Alya also gets engaged for the first time in her life! The role of Alya’s fiancé was played by a young and charming model Kristijan Srpcic. Coincidentally, the filming took place right at the location where Alya fell in love for the first time when she was a child.
