BG Music Festival Devin 2025 gathered a full square, stormy emotions and unforgettable performances
On July 12, 2025, Igor Yurukov Square in Devin became a scene of strong emotions, dances and musical inspiration during the fourth edition of BG Music Festival – the established platform for independent Bulgarian music. The festival took place with exceptional interest, with a packed square and an audience that sang, danced and applauded their favorite artists until the last chord.
Some of the most impressive names on the Bulgarian stage took to the stage.
Bozhidara Simeonova opened the evening with the song “Salvation” – an ethno composition, including motifs from “Izlel e Delyo haidutin”, which she performed on the tambourine – an exciting start with folk power and artistry. Nacho Paskal brought a storm of energy and fiery dances, shaking the stage and the audience with Latin rhythms and a strong stage presence, especially noticeable among the ladies.
Antonia Markova enchanted the audience with her powerful voice and presence, with a repertoire that intertwined emotion, energy and stage brilliance. Darko thrilled the audience with his beloved hits and performances from the album “Melodii ot Sartseto”, presenting sincere Balkan emotions. Bisera and Lidia turned the stage into a celebration of Bulgarian folklore, showing a modern sound and a mission to preserve traditions.
Severin impressed with his original music and choreography for “Shte Vali”, realized with New Ex Dance Group – dynamics, aesthetics and message. Damyan Popov gave the audience his golden duets and presented a new song, broadcast exclusively on BG Music Channel.
EVA raised the level of emotion – the fans greeted her with shouts and stormy applause, and some of them went on stage for a general hug. Billy Hlapeto proved why he is one of the most listened to rap artists in our country, by surprising the audience by bringing his three-year-old son to the stage – one of the most touching moments of the evening. Kristoclosed the evening with a spectacular appearance on a BidMotors.BG motorcycle, which literally and figuratively brought the audience to its feet.
An accompanying program with a mission
In the afternoon, Devin became the center of young talents with the national casting for the international project “Casting X”, behind which the artist Christo stands. The casting provided an opportunity for young people to demonstrate artistic skills in front of the camera, with a chance to participate in a European film production with premieres in Cannes, Los Angeles and Sofia. Visitors also had the opportunity to see the stylishly branded cars of BidMotors.BG, part of the cinema project and the festival atmosphere.
