Matteo Cetinski is back

Matteo Cetinski, Toni Cetinski’s brother, makes a strong comeback with his new single “Stopimo boje”.

“I have this song for a long time but I have been working for this song at different stages. I’ve been listening to the demo version many times and I was wondering if I want to go any further with it. Then I said, okay, why not record and see how it would sounds. It was important to me that only a few people knew about it because I wanted to have complete freedom to give up if I did not feel happy at some point.”, Matteo Cetinski said.

After all the work was finished the artist was completely satisfied. The next step was to shoot the video and he chose to work with the director Paolo Gentilini. The video was shot in the Black Rock Desert desert, where the Burning Man Festival takes place.

“Now when I’m at my 40s the thing that is up to me is that everything is transient. When you reach to this stage of life, you realize that you can’t turn back time. You’re starting to analyze what you’ve done and think more seriously about how to go on. That is why I put these words in the lyrics: ‘Life does not go in circle; it moves further … it does not stand’. I think this is a pure reflection of my thinking at this stage of life. Also, that feeling is perhaps my biggest driver and the reason that I do so many different things. I just want to have different experiences as long as it’s not too late. It motivates me to go further!”, stated Matteo Cetinski.
